Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LotGods (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service Description
LotGods provides vehicle research and intelligence tools including VIN decoding, market comparisons, safety recalls, and related information. The Service is intended as a research tool and does not constitute professional automotive, financial, or legal advice.
Accounts & Subscriptions
- Free accounts receive limited VIN searches per day
- God Mode ($9.99 one-time) - 30 days of access, 300 searches per month
- LotGods Immortal Monthly ($9.99/month) - 300 searches per month, cancel anytime
- LotGods Immortal Annual ($99/year) - 300 searches per month, cancel anytime (17% savings vs monthly)
- LotGods Eternal ($299 one-time) - lifetime access, 300 searches per month. Personal use only. "Lifetime" means for the lifetime of the LotGods service; in the unlikely event the Service is discontinued, access ends at that time. Not intended for shared dealership use - see Dealer Team below
- LotGods Dealer Team (custom pricing) - multi-seat dealership plan with shared 3,000 searches per month pool. Each salesperson, sales manager, or parts-staff member gets their own login. Contact [email protected] for pricing
- All VIN-research plans above include a 300 searches per month fair-use cap (3,000 for Dealer Team). Resets on the 1st of each month. Exceeding the cap pauses access until the next reset or upgrade. This search cap applies to VIN research only - the LotGods CRM Automator is a separate product covered in its own section below
- Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account menu - your access continues through the remainder of your billing period
- Carfax reports are NOT included. LotGods surfaces publicly-available vehicle history links the seller already posted, when available. Purchasing a Carfax report is a separate transaction with Carfax directly
- Refunds: we issue refunds on a case-by-case basis - contact [email protected]. Refunded subscriptions end access immediately
- Account sharing across multiple users is prohibited. The 300/month cap is per account, not per user. Dealerships requiring multi-user access must use the Dealer Team plan
LotGods CRM Automator Subscription
The LotGods CRM Automator is a separate Chrome extension product that drafts and, at your direction, sends customer follow-up texts and emails inside your dealership CRM. The following terms apply to it specifically:
- Pricing - $69.99 per month, billed via Stripe. The 300 searches per month VIN cap above does not apply to the CRM Automator; its fair-use limits are generous and described in-product
- Cancellation - cancel anytime through your account menu. Your access continues through the remainder of the current billing period, then stops. Refunds are handled case-by-case at [email protected]
- One seat per subscription - each subscription is bound to a single salesperson identity (name, dealership, and phone) captured from your CRM on first use. Sharing a subscription across multiple salespeople is prohibited. If your dealership or phone number legitimately changes, email [email protected] and we will re-bind your seat
- Not affiliated with any CRM vendor. The CRM Automator is an independent LotGods product and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or supported by any third-party CRM provider
- Your compliance responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act), customer consent and opt-out requirements, and your employer's and dealership's policies. The tool drafts messages and, when you enable auto-send, sends them on your behalf; the decision to contact a customer and the content sent remain your responsibility, and you are expected to review drafts before they go out
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
- Attempt to circumvent search limits or authentication
- Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Violation may result in account termination without refund.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Vehicle data, market values, safety ratings, and other information are sourced from third parties and may not be 100% accurate or current. Always verify information independently before making purchasing decisions.
Limitation of Liability
LotGods shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
